  I've seen 3 doctors from this practice 2 of the 3 doctors were very nice and helpful, while one male doctor was an absolute grouch. He wouldn't provide info even when asked. When you ask him a question you think maybe he would know something about since hes prescribing me meds his reply goes along the lines of "how should I know?". The receptionists on a good day seem to have no clue about what they're doing and the overall practice seems to be very uncoordinated one of many examples is that they don't even know that there's a drop off box for the pathology.
